TITLE: Computer Intense Methods for Reaction Constants Estimation
in Biological (Markovian) Kinetic Systems : MCMC Bayesian Approach.
In this talk a brief description of the basic MCMC type approach
to simulating / estimating parameters of a markovian-type kinetics in
a biological setting shall be provided on the example of Lotka-
Volterra (predator pray) model. In particular the standard MCMC
algorithm developed to study non-linear systems of chemical
reactions shall be described. Some examples of its applications
shall be presented.
