Chapter 9 has been augmented with one more section.
The first few sections of Chapter 9 have been posted. It is somewhat preliminary, and will evolve over the next few weeks.
Chapter 8 of the lecture notes was upgraded again today. The changes were mostly corrected typos.
A new version of Chapter 8 with a much cleaned up proof of the Cauchy Criterion was just posted.
Yet another iteration of Chapter 8 has been uploaded because there was a not-so-subtle oversight in the proof of Theorem 8.4.1. I think the proof is now correct, but I do plan to do some hacking at it to make the presentation a bit more elegant.
The solutions were updated.
We defined the Riemann and Darboux integrals today. Our next order of business will be to show they are the same.
The topics today included uniform continuity, partitions of a compact interval and Riemann sums.

Darboux's and Taylor's theorems were proved.
The known typos in the syllabus have been fixed.
The topic of the day was the Mean Value Theorem On Tuesday, we’ll consider some of its less obvious consequences as well as the Darboux property of derivatives.
